By placing an order with Holy Vibes LLC, you agree to our terms and shipping policy.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Processing Times:

All orders that DO NOT include a social media video, will be shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. 

All order that INCLUDE a social media video, will be shipped within 4-9 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. 

During peak times, such as holidays, new launches, and sales, these times may be extended slightly. You will be informed when your order has shipped along with a tracking number when applicable, as long as you provide an accurate email address when ordering.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently only ship within the US

USPS estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for US Domestic shipping. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues and not that of Holy Vibes LLC.

 

ORDER TRACKING:

Holy Vibes LLC will provide a tracking number, when applicable, once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Holy Vibes LLC is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged packages. (See our refund policy for full details)
